Plug Connection Acquires Mesa Magic Cyclamen Business from Greenheart Farms

Dear Valued Customer,
We are pleased to announce that effective February 3, 2012, Plug Connection will be acquiring Mesa Magic Cyclamen. While selling the business was a difficult decision to make, we felt it was necessary due to unprecedented demand for our roses and continual space demands of our Vegetable and Revegetation programs.
Shipping for orders sown through January 27 and shipped by May 25, 2012 will continue as normal. Orders confirmed in our system that reflect a ship date beyond May 25 will be transferred over to Plug Connection. A list of these orders will be provided to our broker partners on Monday, February 6, 2012.
Although we will not be accepting any new grow-to-order sales, we will be taking orders placed off our availability through May 16 which will be sent out through our normal channels as well as found here on our website.
Our customer's success is very important to us, so we will continue providing cultural help for all of our customers through the end of this year.
Cyclamen plants that we are currently growing for Spring Trials will be displayed at Plug Connection in Vista, California. This year we will be showcasing new rose varieties during Spring Trials at Greenheart Farms on March 25-28, 2012.
We are very pleased to be working with Plug Connection and we know that our customers will be in good hands. Our relationships with our brokers and customers are very valuable to us, so please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
