Flower Transplants
General Information
Greenheart® propagates flower transplants for customers in the seed production, cut flower, and ornamental businesses. Our flower transplant product specifications are designed with emphasis on the customer's finished product application. We then utilize the appropriate systems of our diverse growing operations to attain the customer's desired result. These systems include bottom heat and forced air heating, retractable shade and roof systems, HID lighting, boom and drip irrigation systems, and outdoor field climatization zones with frost protection. Our trained salespeople are themselves, expert agronomists and horticulturists and can guide you in your planning of planting schedules and the design of a program which includes turnkey services such as seed procurement, growing of plant material, and planting in the field. Weather conditions may hamper planting schedules, but with the use of our labor services department, hand transplanting and other agricultural labor can expedite the timely execution of your farm or nursery programs.
The following is a list of the most commonly propagated flower transplants, segregated by classification and application.
